Few Terms & Conditions to Hire Me for Your Project -

 

• Ownership Rights:
• If you accept my work, then you need to give me payment. If client accept my work & give me payment for my work, then I’ll never use this work again. My client will get full ownership of this work. But, If my client don’t accept my work or don’t give me payment for my work, then I’ll use the work wherever I want. In this case client will not get any ownership. I’ll get full ownership of my work. Client will not use my work without giving me payment.
• Payment Structure:
• I need to get paid for every 3000 words writing. That means, after completing every 3000 words, client needs to give me payment.
• About Fees:
• I’ll not bear the extra fees. That means if my client give me payment through Paypal, then client will bear the Paypal fees. Client need to give me full agreed amount. That means if my client hire me for a project & agree to give me $100 for this project. Then, he will definitely give me full $100. If client gives me payment through any online payment processor, then clients will bear the payment processor fees. 

If you agree with these TERMS & CONDITIONS, then we can easily make a sustainable working relationship. Without a trustworthy environment, I am unable to work for you.

These TERMS & CONDITIONS are safe for both of us. If we follow this process, then we can easily reduce any bad experience or misunderstanding. This process also helps both of us to make a trustworthy working relationship.

The most important fact is that, you only have to give me payment when you’re 100% satisfied with my work. If you’re not pleased with my work, then you don’t have to pay anything.
